A leather jacket is one of my favorite pieces in my closet & just because warm weather is on the horizon doesn’t mean you have to put them away! Today is all about a leather jacket for spring!

Happy Thursday y’all! I hope everyone has had an amazing week so far. I’m determined to make the most of the rest of this week before a busy, busy weekend, but y’all I am struggling to be productive. I’m not really sure why because this week’s weather has been amazing. Maybe it has me wanting to get out and enjoy the weather as opposed to staying indoors and working?! If y’all have any productivity tips, throw them my way. Puhlease.

But I am really excited about sharing this outfit with y’all today. Because 1. It includes a few of my favorite things:: florals & leopard print 2. I’m carrying my faux leather jacket into spring 3. This mix of textures just makes me happy! My leather jacket is a staple in my closet, and I always get sad when I have to put it up during the warmer months. I totally plan on wearing mine through spring y’all. My tips to wear your leather jacket once it’s warmer, opt for a lighter weight top & open toed shoes. Simple tips, but they’re working for me 😉

How would you style your leather jacket into spring?!

While I love a statement piece, finding the right wardrobe staples are a must! Today’s I’m sharing the BEST v-neck t-shirt for the upcoming seasons!

Happy Wednesday y’all! We literally just had the most amazing two days of weather! We’re talking 70+ degree days in February. I recreated this look yesterday and I’ve fallen in love with this top y’all. It is going to be on major rotation this spring. I paired it with these earrings and the combo made me so happy 😊 Yesterday was all around an amazing day. I published my first YouTube video in foreverrrr, got to check out the new Privé Med Spa (it’s so stunning! If you’re local you need to check it out!), walked Mr. Calvin and topped off the day with a pedi. It was a self care kind of day. Sometimes you’ve just got to treat yo self.

Let’s chat this outfit, shall we?! While I love a good statement sweater or fun print, good wardrobe staples are a MUST. One wardrobe staple I always have in my closet is a good v-neck t-shirt. I layer them under just about anything, and they’re the piece I reach for when I can’t decide what I to wear. This tee I have on today was a #NSale find from last year, and it was so popular it sold out time and time again. But guess what?! It’s back in stock! I love the raw hem, and the $25 price tag doesn’t hurt. This tee is a favorite because it’s not too thin. I hate those tees you can practically see through they’re so thin! The fabric is just thick enough, but is still light enough for warm days. Out of all the v-neck I’ve tried over the years, this one has to be my favorite!

What are your wardrobe staples you swear by?!

Happy Monday y’all! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! We tried a new(ish) restaurant on Friday– it was delicious and we can’t wait to go back! Then spent most of Saturday downtown, cheering on the CATS (they finally got a win– hallelujah!) & catching up with friends over wine. And then I wrapped up my weekend celebrating this bride to be 😊

Let’s chat this look, shall we?! I love, love, love wearing sweaters into spring. They keep you warm on those chilly spring days, and they are so versatile. They work for work or play, and look cute with nearly any bottom. Today’s bright option is so fun y’all, not to mention it is beyond soft. I can’t wait to style it with denim cutoffs once it warms up! How do y’all style your sweaters for spring?!

Happy Friday y’all! Friday calls for a massage, a little work & sushi for dinner! This week has had me all out of sorts. Valentine’s Day felt like Friday, and yesterday felt like a Monday.. What. The. Heck. But today is Friday & I am making the most of it.

Did I mention yesterday it was 70 degrees! Say what?! I mean it is a high of 45 today, but it was glorious while it lasted, and made me even more ready for spring. I am all about the florals and pastels when it comes to spring, but I think I love this combo because it takes a more casual, less feminine approach to the spring season. It’s safe to say jeans, a suede jacket & sneakers are going to be key pieces in my weekend wardrobe this spring season.

Happy Thursday y’all! I know it hasn’t exactly been warm around here, but we have had some rainy days lately and I’ve used those days as the perfect excuse to pull out my favorite trench coat. I loved this casual look I wore with it last weekend! I love this jacket so much I also got it in mint, and I am DYING for it in pink. Having one item in three colors is way too much, right?! But it’s on sale so I am pretty tempted…

But anyways! I love this particular trench so much because it is so comfortable & so versatile. I love that I can wear it with jeans & a tee or a dress. This jacket is office appropriate, perfect for weekend wear and everything in between! How would you style a trench coat?!
